Pedestrian Count Database System
Employing many of the same features utilized in the Traffic Count Database System (TCDS), MS2 has developed a Pedestrian Count Database System (PCDS) to allow planners and engineers to input, validate, edit, and analyze pedestrian count data.
Like the TCDS, the PCDS:
