MS2 Welcomes Michelle Peardon!

MS2 is pleased to announce Michelle Peardon has joined the team as a Technical Support Engineer.

Michelle has 9 years of experience in technical support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, training users, writing documentation, and much more. She spent her 9 years in multiple support-related roles and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

“The transportation industry is so vast and Americans rely on it 24/7 for so many of our daily needs. MS2 takes the data that is gathered and displays it for users to analyze and understand traffic patterns for current and future needs. It is amazing how much data MS2 works with on a daily basis to ensure that the customers receive exactly what they are looking for!”
